Understand the property

We start on the property, not in the deck. We spend a full operating cycle observing the service categories where a humanoid could plausibly help, and the ones where it would not.

Shortlist the platform

Every candidate platform is evaluated against your specific operational profile. Guest-interaction load, corridor and elevator constraints, dressing partner availability, and dressing-friendly service life.

Manage the deployment

Contracting with the manufacturer, atelier commissioning, connectivity, staff training, and guest communications are all coordinated through us. You get one accountable partner.

Support beyond launch

Every Launch engagement includes ninety days of post-launch presence, and every Managed portfolio client receives ongoing operational review and vendor management.

Are we independent of humanoid manufacturers?

Yes. We accept no placement fees, commissions, or affiliate arrangements from any humanoid platform manufacturer. Our fees are paid by the hotel operator we advise, and our recommendations reflect that alignment.

Do you deploy for independent hotels or only large groups?

Both. The Discovery package is sized for single-property independents evaluating whether humanoid deployment makes sense at their scale. The Launch and Managed portfolio packages are used by regional chains and international portfolios.

Which regions do you work in?

We accept engagements globally. Our current deployments are concentrated in North America, Western Europe, the Gulf, and East Asia; we work with regional partners where local presence is required outside those markets.

What if we already have a shortlisted platform in mind?

Discovery can be scoped as a validation engagement rather than an open-ended evaluation. We assess whether the platform you have in mind will meet your operational profile, and if not, propose alternatives.
